G. ALAN WALDROP, Justice.

The trial court adjudicated David Eugene Weir guilty of burglary after finding that he violated the terms of his deferred adjudication community supervision. The court orally sentenced him to ten years in prison, then also assessed amounts due in court costs, attorney's fees, and restitution in the written judgment.
