{1} Ted Varoz has brought this action against Respondent, the estate of Edward "Eddie" Varoz, to enforce an oral contract to devise the family farm to Ted. A jury found that Ted and Eddie entered into an enforceable contract in compliance with the statute of frauds and awarded the farm to Ted.
