Appellants Somboun Viravonga and others appeal an order of the circuit court denying their motion to vacate the results of a board-of-directors election for Wat Buddha Samakitham, a Buddhist temple, and denying their motion to enjoin the newly elected board of directors from dismissing Abbot Phra Sagob Parisanto and other temple monks.
