¶ 1 After a jury trial, appellant Luis Moreno-Medrano was convicted of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument and attempted armed robbery, both dangerous-nature offenses. The court sentenced him to concurrent, presumptive prison terms of 7.5 years.
