{¶ 1} This case is before the court on appeal of the January 26, 2007 judgment of the Wood County Court of Common Pleas that granted in part appellants and cross-appellees' motion to dismiss appellees' complaint and to compel arbitration and stay the proceedings pending arbitration. For the reasons that follow, we reverse in part.
