The court properly permitted the People to introduce uncharged crimes evidence. Defendant, a bookkeeper, was convicted of embezzling funds from his employer by directing payments to his personal bank account in excess of his entitlement to compensation. Defendant also forged checks, several of which were in his possession at the time of his arrest.
