The Board upheld the decision of an administrative law judge (ALJ) to reinstate the employment of Patrick Ward and to award him back pay, front pay, and attorney fees, after it determined the DNR violated Colorado's Anti-Discrimination Act (CADA), section 24-34-402, C.R.S.2007, and the Americans with Disabilities Act...
