This is an original action for disbarment, filed January 15, 2008. Respondent Walker was personally served with Summons and the Petition for Disbarment on January 17, 2008. He has not filed an answer or other responsive pleading. On February 14, 2008, Petitioner filed a motion for default judgment, seeking an order disbarring Respondent. Respondent has not filed any response to that motion.
