In this workers' compensation action, we consider whether an injured claimant, who provides her own transportation to attend medical appointments for treatment of her injuries, is subject to the 120-day time limitation for submission of bills that is applied to health care service providers under Workers' Compensation Rule 16-11(A)(1), 7 Code of Colo.
