OPINION

THORNE, Associate Presiding Judge:

¶ 1 Juan Carlos Diaz-Arevalo appeals from the district court's denial of his motion to withdraw his guilty plea to a charge of murder, a first degree felony, see Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-203 (2003). We affirm.
