Gregory E. Ronan has submitted an affidavit dated February 4, 2008, wherein he tenders his resignation as an attorney and counselor-at-law (22 NYCRR 691.9). Mr. Ronan was admitted to the bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 8, 1975, under the name Gregory Edward Ronan.
