¶ 1 A person commits stalking by intentionally and repeatedly harassing or following another person. RCW 9A.46.110. The stalking statute defines repeatedly as "on two or more separate occasions." RCW 9A.46.110(6)(e). Kintz argues that multiple encounters with an individual over a very short period of time are not encounters on separate occasions.
