Valerie Renee Hall challenges a probate court order directing her to transfer certain property to Charles Lloyd Tungett as the personal representative (the PR) of the Estate of Jack E. Green. Ms. Hall argues that the probate court did not have personal jurisdiction over her and that it improperly compelled her to transfer property to the PR without first holding an evidentiary hearing.
