Steven Finn was charged with violating Mississippi Code Annotated Section 41-29-313(2)(c)(I) (Rev.2005) by possessing greater than fifteen grams of pseudoephedrine, where he knew or should have known that the pseudoephedrine would be used to manufacture a controlled substance. Finn pleaded guilty and was sentenced to five years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections...
