¶ 1. This appeal arises from a judgment of divorce entered by the Washington County Chancery Court in favor of Peirce McIntosh, which was stayed upon motion by Gay Reed McIntosh. Gay appealed initially, and her appeal was assigned cause number 2006-CA-01762.
