¶ 1 Thomas Perrin appeals pro se from the order entered by the Honorable Gregory E. Smith dismissing without a hearing his petition filed under the Post Conviction Relief Act (PCRA), 42 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 9541-9546. Because we agree with the PCRA court that Perrin's facially untimely petition failed to establish a statutory exception to the one-year jurisdictional time limit for filing a petition under the PCRA, we affirm.
