¶ 1. Shawn Gavin O'Neal was convicted of aggravated domestic violence, pursuant to Mississippi Code Annotated section 97-3-7(4) (Rev.2006). He was sentenced to twenty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with eight years to serve, twelve years suspended pursuant to five years of post-release supervision.
