OPINION BY BENDER, J.:

¶ 1 Eleanor Johnson appeals from the April 20, 2006 order denying her application for a private detective license under the Private Detective Act of 1953, 22 P.S. §§ 11-30 (the "Act"). For a reason other than that relied upon by the trial court, we affirm.
