We must determine whether an award of damages pursuant to section 772.11, Florida Statutes (2004), should be three times the amount of actual damages or whether the threefold damage amount should be in addition to the amount of actual damages. We will also determine whether the trial court erred in awarding attorney's fees and costs without a hearing.
