Timothy Johnson appeals the order denying his motion to vacate a default final judgment of paternity entered against him in 1994, which adjudicated him the father of a child born in 1991. The sworn motion and attached affidavit alleged that appellant was never served with process and did not learn of the action until after the trial court entered judgment.
