The defendants, Gus Gianopoulos and Tom Gianopoulos, appeal from the default judgment rendered by the trial court in favor of the plaintiff, Philip Forster. The judgment followed an order that the defendants disclose certain documents to the plaintiff, with which the court determined the defendants had not complied. The defendants now claim that the court lacked authority to render a default judgment and, alternatively, that the court abused its discretion...
