COPE, J.

Mark Alexander Hill appeals his conviction and sentence for the possession of heroin with intent to sell within 1000 feet of a place of worship. We reverse.

On the day of the arrest, Officer Ferguson was involved in a drug surveillance operation in the Overtown area of Miami. At trial, the officer, the only eyewitness to the transaction, testified that he was sitting in an unmarked car parked in the middle of the block on one side of a city street...
