The principal issue in this writ of error is whether the trial court properly disciplined a defense attorney who filed a postacquittal motion for a judicial inquiry into possible tampering with evidence consisting of a communication between his client and her prior counsel. The trial court faulted the attorney for persisting in his claim that the attorney-client privilege had not been waived at the criminal trial and for calling for a grand jury investigation...
