[¶ 1] Sharon Casey appeals from a judgment entered by the Superior Court (Hancock County, Hjelm, J.) granting summary judgment to Raisin Memorial Trust. Raisin filed a complaint against Casey alleging default on a promissory note. Casey here contends that the terms of the promissory note were punitive and that she substantially performed her obligations under the note.
