Petitioner, Jody Rosenbaum-Golden, and respondent, Bruce Golden, were married on December 10, 1989, and dissolution proceedings began in February 2004. During the pendency of the proceedings, the trial court awarded petitioner $150,000 in interim attorney fees pursuant to section 501(c-1) of the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act (750 ILCS 5/501(c-1) (West 2004)).
