Claribel Garcia (pro se), formerly a five-year employee of Pollo Tropical restaurants, appeals adverse rulings on her unemployment compensation claim by the Florida Unemployment Appeals Commission (FUAC) and the Office of Appeals of the Agency for Workforce Innovation (Office of Appeals).
