A certified class consisting of homeowners and their homeowner association (collectively Kings Bay) appeals, and the owner/operator of a neighboring marina (Deering Bay) cross-appeals, from a judgment resolving Kings Bay's claims that Deering Bay violated a number of terms of multiple agreements between the parties.
