[¶ 1] Daniel S. Gantnier appeals from a judgment convicting him of one count of unlawful sexual contact (Class C), 17-A M.R.S. § 255-A(1)(E) (2007), entered by the Superior Court (Waldo County, Studstrup, J.) following a jury trial. Gantnier contends that the court's instructions to the jury to continue deliberating on all counts after the jury reported deadlock were impermissibly coercive because the court's instructions delivered shortly...
