Isaac Shocki appeals a final injunction for protection against repeat violence entered on the petition of Joel Aresty, an attorney prosecuting his petitions below and this appeal pro se. The trial court granted the injunction solely on the portion of the repeat violence statute1 which prohibits "stalking."
