A.B., a juvenile, appeals her adjudication as a delinquent child for her postings on the Internet site MySpace.com that, if committed by an adult, would constitute the criminal offense of Harassment.1 The Court of Appeals reversed, concluding that A.B.'s allegedly harassing messages were protected political speech.
