In these consolidated writs, the defendants, National Loss Control Management, Inc. and AIG Domestic Claims, Inc. (hereinafter "the defendants"), seek review of the trial court's judgment denying their exceptions of lack of subject matter jurisdiction. They also appeal the trial court's ruling certifying the matter as a class action. For the following reasons, we deny the application for supervisory writs on the trial court's denial of the defendants...
