The defendant, Phelix Parker, was charged by grand jury indictment # 10-05-0259 with one count of aggravated rape, a violation of La. R.S. 14:42, and pleaded not guilty. He moved to enforce a plea agreement. Following a hearing, the trial court granted the motion. The State now appeals, designating one assignment of error.
