Marcos Segura was charged by information with second-degree murder for the fatal stabbing of his father, Marcos Segura, Sr. He claimed self-defense. The jury convicted him as charged and he appeals, raising several trial court errors. These include the admission of gruesome photographs, permitting an officer to testify regarding blood stain evidence, and fundamental error with respect to the jury instructions...
