Santos Ramos-Rodriguez (Appellant) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of York County (trial court) which denied his petition to open and/or strike default forfeiture judgment. We vacate and remand.

This matter arises as a result of the forfeiture of Appellant's property. On May 11, 2006, the Commonwealth filed a petition for forfeiture of Appellant's property pursuant to Sections 6801-02 of the Judicial Code...
