Defendants appeal, and plaintiff cross-appeals, from a judgment directing the partition of real property in Lake County, known as the "Godon Ranch," which the parties held as tenants in common. We review de novo. See Thompson Estate Co. v. Kamm, 107 Or. 61, 66, 213 P. 417 (1923).
