Ruth Clemons, the widow of W.C. Clemons, Jr., and her grandson, Lloyd Gilpin, Jr., appeal part of a summary judgment in favor of Joyce M. Thornton, a daughter of the late Mr. Clemons and his first wife, who is also deceased.
