¶ 1 After a jury trial, appellant Wilfredo Jaramillo was found to be a sexually violent person and was committed to the Arizona Community Protection and Treatment Center pursuant to Arizona's Sexually Violent Persons (SVP) Act, A.R.S. §§ 36-3701 through 36-3717.
