The New Castle County Grand Jury indicted the defendant-appellant, Stanley R. Czech ("Czech") on fifteen counts of Rape in the First Degree1 and one count of Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child.2 Following a five-day jury trial, the Superior Court convicted Czech of three counts of Rape in the First Degree and acquitted him on the remaining charges in the indictment.
