¶ 1. The appellant, Julius Alceno Holmes, Jr., pleaded guilty to the statutory rape of a thirteen-year-old girl, on or about April 2004. He entered his guilty plea in the Warren County Circuit Court, and he was sentenced to serve twenty years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
