On July 25, 2008, Jacob Horton (juvenile defendant) pled no contest to Endangering the Welfare of a Child (f), and Unlawful Sexual Contact 3rd Degree (m). The State entered a nolle prosequi on all remaining charges. Sentencing was deferred until September 03, 2008, in order for a CAS evaluation1 to be completed.
