The plaintiff, Abel Rodriguez, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered following the granting of the defendants'1 motion for summary judgment. The issue on appeal is whether the court properly determined that the plaintiff's action was barred by the doctrine of collateral estoppel. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
