FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

¶ 1. On November 7, 2005, in the Copiah County Circuit Court, Kenneth Davis pleaded guilty to one count of sale of a controlled substance. Davis also pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit capital murder.
