The plaintiffs Robert and Deborah Goldstein filed a lawsuit for preliminary injunction in the circuit court of Cook County against Allen and Stephanie Hochfelder and DABS Asset Manager, Inc. (DABS), to enjoin them from filing a lawsuit against Super Wash, Inc., and its owner, Robert Black. The Hochfelders filed a counterclaim against the Goldsteins, arguing that they breached their fiduciary duties to DABS and...
