The McCutchen Company, Inc., appeals from a summary judgment entered in favor of Media General, Inc., d/b/a WKRG TV-5, Media General Operations, Inc., d/b/a WKRG, and Sue Cosgrove (collectively "WKRG"). The McCutchen Company sued WKRG, alleging fraud, and WKRG counterclaimed, alleging breach of contract.
