OPINION BY PANELLA, J.:
¶ 1 Appellant, Nicholas Hudson, appeals from the judgment of sentence entered June 14, 2006, by the Honorable Brian J. Johnson, Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County. After careful review, we affirm.
