PER CURIAM.

At issue in this case is whether the trial court erred in rendering partial summary judgment in favor of defendant based on a finding that plaintiff's suit did not constitute a claim on an open account for purposes of La. R.S. 9:2781(D). For the reasons that follow, we find the trial court's ruling was in error and therefore reverse the trial court's grant of partial summary judgment in favor of defendant.
