¶ 1. Sidney Hill was terminated from his job with Pure Water Solutions (PWS) after he was injured in a motor vehicle accident while working. Hill applied for workers' compensation benefits and was found to be twenty percent permanently partially disabled by the administrative law judge (ALJ) of the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission.
