PER CURIAM.

By way of a petition for writ of certiorari and/or mandamus, Greenlight Financial Services, Inc., d/b/a GFS Wholesale ("GFS"), seeks review of an order of dismissal of the discovery proceedings below for lack of jurisdiction. We, however, treat this as an appeal from a final order1 and reverse for the following reasons.

The proceedings below arose out of a pending California lawsuit between GFS and Union America Mortgage...
