The defendant, T.R.D., appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of failing to register as a sex offender in violation of General Statutes (Rev. to 2003) § 54-2513 and General Statutes § 54-257.4 He was sentenced to three years imprisonment, execution suspended after one year, and five years probation.
