¶ 1. Jessie James McGee pleaded guilty in the Circuit Court of Copiah County to the sale of crack cocaine and was sentenced to ten years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. Nearly a year later, McGee filed a motion to reconsider his sentence, which was summarily denied.
